As the Director of Operations & Services, Jenny provides 猫咪社区hip to the areas of Facilities & Custodial Services, Occupancy & Graduate Services, and Summer Programs & Undergraduate Services. Jenny works to develop processes and procedures that support the student experience and promote staff success.
Jenny has worked in Residential Services at 猫咪社区 since 2013, first serving as a Resident Director in what is now the Northeast Area and then as an Assistant Director in Operations & Services. Prior to 猫咪社区, Jenny worked in residence life at Elmhurst University where she also served as a co-instructor for a first year seminar and as a staff mentor to support students with their transition to college academics. Jenny completed her BA in Psychology at Illinois Wesleyan University and her MS in College Student Personnel at Western Illinois University. She has a certificate in change management from 猫咪社区 and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
