Start the Summer with Wellness Coaching at HPaW

Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, non-judgmental process that can help you identify and achieve your health and wellness goals, balance dimensions of health and wellness, and learn practical skills to improve overall well-being. Coaches work with you to build on your strengths and support you in creating sustainable plans to achieve your wellness goals.

Wellness Coaches can address goals related to:

• Physical activity
• Sleep
• Healthy eating
• Time management
• Stress management/coping skills

Summer at Norris

Join Norris every summer for a variety of fun summertime Events! Programs include family friendly cinema, art-making activities, summertime favorite foods and more. 

Summer Cinema is èßäÉçÇø University’s family-friendly summer movie series sponsored by the Office of Summer Sessions and Norris University Center.  Films will be screened at dusk (around 7:30pm) on the Arts Green Lawn, south of Pick Staiger Concert Hall.  Fun family activities, such as glitter artists, free glowsticks, and popcorn will be available one hour before the movie! Check-in begins at 6:30pm. 

Lunch on the Lake and relax to the music and lake breezes on the Norris South Lawn. Bring your own lunch or purchase on-site in Norris’ ground floor food courts! Life performances will take place from 12:00pm – 1:15pm!  Performances will start promptly at 12 pm and end at 1:15 pm
